Our main goal is to assist clients return to their optimal level of independence. Under the supervision and direction of a regulated healthcare professional, our interventions are practical and effective, We keep in mind the unique circumstances, abilities and expectations of each client.
Sarovar Rehab Services provides culturally sensitive Rehab Support Services in home and community settings. We provide Rehabilitation Support Services for individuals with brain injury or other serious trauma in their community settings. Our support workers are well versed in English and south Asian languages such as Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Working in coordination with the rehabilitation team we provide support which is client focused and helps them reach their maximum potential.
Sarovar Rehab services actively coordinates with - Case Manager, Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Language pathologists (SLP), Physiotherapist (PT), Psychologists, Lawyer, Client, Family and other members implementing practical interventions that are goal oriented and achievable. Depending on the individual’s needs, services may be provided in community, residential and in-home settings.
Our Support workers come from diverse backgrounds and bring with them experience and knowledge learned over the years.
Sarovar Rehab is a results-oriented company with a network of experienced and skilled Rehabilitation Support Workers providing services in English and South Asian languages and dedicated to providing quality individualized service. Depending on the individual’s needs, services may be provided in community, in-home or residential settings.
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers have the skills, resources and experience to provide support in a variety of settings including rehabilitation facilities and programs, hospitals, homes, school systems, workplaces and throughout the community.

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are experienced and committed professionals.
Each support worker come to us with the following:
· A related university degree or college diploma.
· Expertise in implementation of the prescribed programs.
· Expertise in life skills and social skills programming.
· Strong interpersonal and multilingual communication skills.
· Extensive related experience in the rehab field.
· A criminal reference check along with vulnerable sector screening.
